Chicken Saute Recipe Ingredients

  • Chicken-300 gram
  • Ginger/Garlic Paste-1 tbsp
  • Corn Flour-1 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce-1 tbsp
  • Wooster Sauce-2 tbsp
  • Oyster Sauce-1 tbsp
  • Black Pepper Powder-1/4 tsp
  • White Pepper-1/4 tsp
  • Salt-To taste
  • Oil-As required

Chicken Saute Recipe Method

  • Take a pan put 4 tbsp oil, ginger/garlic paste and cook it.
  • After that add chicken i it.
  • When chicken started white in color then add all the ingredients except corn flour, in it and 1 cup of water.
  • cook it for 7 to 8 minutes.
  • Now add corn flour (already dissolve in water) when gravy gets thick then serve it.
