- Chicken boneless ½ kg
 - Yogurt 250 gm
 - Fresh cream ½ cup
 - Green chilies chopped 3 – 4
 - All spice 1 tsp
 - Crushed cumin 1 tsp
 - Nutmeg mace powder ½ tsp
 - Black pepper powder ½ tsp
 - Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
 - Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
 - Lemon juice 2 tbsp
 - Papaya paste 3 tbsp
 - Aluminum foil as required
 - Salt to taste
 
Method
- Cut ½ kg chicken into cubes, marinate with salt to taste, 2 tbsp lemon juice and 3 tbsp raw papaya paste.
 - In another bowl mix together 250 gm thick yogurt, ½ cup fresh cream, 1 tsp all spice, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp crushed cumin, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp nutmeg mace powder, 2 tbsp coriander leaves and 3 – 4 green chilies.
 - Now coat marinated chicken with yogurt mixture.
 - Put 3 to 4 cubes of marinated chicken in each aluminum foil piece.
 - Wrap and make in to packet.
 - Bake in a preheated oven on 200 degrees for 10 – 12 minutes.
 - Remove in a platter, garnish with onion rings, lemon wedges and mint leaves.
 - Serve with Raita.
