Spring fried Chicken Ingredients
- Chicken-1/2kg (small pieces)
 - Garlic/Ginger paste-2 tbsp
 - Salt-to taste
 - Black pepper-1/2 tsp
 - White pepper-1/2 tsp
 - Cinnamon powder-1/2 tsp
 - Sesame seeds-2 tbsp
 - Egg-1
 - Crushed Red Chili-2 tbsp
 - Chaat masala-1 tsp optional
 - Flour-2 tbsp
 - Corn flour-2 tbsp
 - Oil-2 tbsp
 - Oil-for deep frying
 
Spring fried Chicken Preparation Method:
- Apply all ingredients to chicken. Put it in fridge for 15 minutes
 - Heat the oil in wok and fry chicken on low flame till its color got changed to golden brown and become tender.
 - Serve hot with chili garlic sauce.
