Mini Spring RollsRecipe Ingredients :
- Cabbage 2 cups thinly sliced
 - Carrot 1 thinly sliced
 - Spring onions 2 chopped with leaves
 - Onion 1 sliced
 - Capsicum 1 sliced
 - Ginger 1 inch piece sliced
 - Coriander leaves finely chopped
 - Green chilies 4 chopped
 - Oil ¼ cup
 - Garlic 1 tsp
 - Salt 1 tsp
 - Black pepper ½ tsp heaped
 - Ketchup 2 tbsp
 - Egg 1 beaten with 1 tbsp flour
 - Triangular roll patti 2 dozen
 
Mini Spring Rolls Recipe Method:
- Cut all the vegetables in fine strips, heat ¼ cup oil add onion, fry till soft, add garlic paste, carrot, capsicum, fry for 2 to 3 minutes add cabbage, green onion, ginger sliced, green chilies, fry on high flame, lastly add salt, pepper, ketchup, coriander leaves, mix well and remove in a strainer, now put filling on a triangular patti, roll tightly, seal with egg and flour paste, deep fry. Serve hot.
