Hikmati Chargha Recipe Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg whole give cuts
  • Curry powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp

Hikmati Chargha Recipe Method:

  1. Give cuts on chicken marinate with vinegar and salt, leave it for 2 hours. 
  2. In a bowl mix together yogurt, ginger garlic, chili powder, yogurt, black pepper, curry powder mix well add to chicken and again to marinate for 2 hours, now cook chicken till water dries, deep fry and serve sprinkled with chat masala and lemon juice.
