This mouth-watering recipe for Mutton Steam Roast can be prepared in 30 minutes and serves 2-4 people.
Mutton Steam Roast Recipe Ingredients:
- Mutton1 kg
 - Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
 - Coriander leaves½ bunch
 - Papaya paste 2 tbsp
 - Yogurt (thick)250 gm
 - All spice powder 1 tsp
 - Cumin powder 1 tsp
 - Chaat masala 1 tsp
 - Dry mango powder 1 tsp
 - Cumin seeds crushed 1 tsp
 - Turmeric1 tsp
 - Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
 - Chili powder 1 tsp
 - Saltto taste
 - Oilfor fry
 - Muslin clothas required
 - Vinegar 4 tbsp
 
Mutton Steam Roast Recipe Method:
- Marinate 1 kg mutton with a little salt, 2 tbsp raw papaya paste and 4 tbsp vinegar. Keep aside for 20 – 25 minutes.
 - In a bowl mix together 250 gm thick yogurt, 1 tsp all spice powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp chaat masala powder, 1 tsp dry mango powder, 1 tsp crushed cumin seeds, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, 1 tsp chili powder, ½ bunch of chopped coriander leaves, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and salt to taste. Mix very well.
 - Now coat fried mutton pieces with the yogurt mixture, put in steamer and cook for 20 – 25 minutes.
 - Remove in a serving platter and serve hot.
