Peshawari Fry Murgh Recipe Ingredients:
- Whole Chicken 1
 - Garlic paste 1 tbsp
 - Tara garam masala 1 tbsp
 - Salt 2 tsp
 - Red chili powder 1 tbsp
 - Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
 - Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
 - Crushed black peppercorns ½ tsp
 - Tara chat masala 2 tsp
 - Vinegar ¼ cup
 - Yogurt ½ cup
 - Oil for deep fry
 - For garnishing
 - Onion rings 1
 - Tomatoes 1
 - Lemon 2
 - Cucumber 1
 - Tara chat masalaas required
 
Peshawari Fry Murgh Recipe Method:
- Make small slits in 1 whole chicken.
 - Mix 1 tbsp garlic paste ,1 tbsp ginger ,1 tbsp of tara garam masala ,2 tsp tara garam masala,2 tsp salt,1 tbsp red chili powder ,1/4 tsp turmeric powder ,1 tbsp crushed red chili ,1/2 tsp crushed black pepper ,2 tsp of tara chat masala ,1/4 cup vinegar and ½ cup curd in a bowl and cover the chicken in this mixture.
 - Cook chicken in a pan over low flame.
 - When chicken tenders and water get dries then deep fry the chicken in a pan.
 - Dish out when chicken turns light brown.
 - Sprinkle tara chat masala and Garnish with tomato, cucumber, and lemon wedges
