Mutton Pepper Roast Recipe Ingredients:
- Mutton ½ kg
 - Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
 - Lemons 4
 - Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
 - Salt to taste
 - Yogurt 1 cup
 - White vinegar ½ cup
 - Chopped green chilies 4
 - Oil as required
 
Mutton Pepper Roast Recipe Method:
- Make pasanday of ½ kg mutton and hammer it. Add in 1 cup yogurt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, ½ cup white vinegar and 2 lemons. Add in the pasanday in the frying pan and dry its water. Then add the dried pasanday in the pan and add in 3 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp crushed black pepper and 4 chopped green chilies. cook it. In the end serve in with lemons and French fries
