This mouth-watering recipe for Party Roll can be prepared in 30 minutes and serves 2-4 people.
Party Roll Recipe Ingredients:
- Beef undercut 300 gm
 - Mushroom½ cup
 - Capsicum 1
 - Salt to taste
 - Black pepper powder½ tsp
 - Mustard paste 1 tbsp
 - Onion 1
 - Cheddar cheese 8 slices
 - Vinegar 2 tbsp
 - Worchester sauce 2 tbsp
 - Garlic paste 1 tbsp
 - Hotdog bun 4
 - Tomato paste 2 tbsp
 - Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
 - Mayonnaise½ cup
 - Iceberg lettuce half
 - Oil 3 tbsp
 
Party Roll Recipe Method:
- Cut 300 gm beef undercut into slices, heat oil in a wok, add 1 tbsp garlic paste and sliced beef. Fry well till golden brown.
 - Now add ½ cup sliced mushroom, salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp mustard paste, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp tomato paste, 2 tbsp vinegar and 2 tbsp Worchester sauce. Fry well on high flame.
 - Cut 4 hotdog buns horizontally from the center into halves. Spread each slice with a little mayonnaise and toast on a hot griddle.
 - Now put a little sliced ice berg on each slice of a hotdog bun. Top with cooked beef, now put sliced onion and sliced capsicum on top.
 - Crush cheddar cheese slices and spread on top. Cover each slice of the bun with other half.
 - Now bake in a preheated oven on 200 degrees for 3 – 4 minutes.
 - Now serve with chili garlic sauce or ketchup.
