Spring Chicken Recipe Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Egg whites3
  • Garlic paste1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce1 tbsp
  • Chicken cube flour1 tbsp
  • White vinegar1tbsp
  • Sesame seed oil               ½ tsp
  • Flour2 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper½ tbsp
  • Corn flour2 tbsp
  • Oilas required
  • Saltto taste

Spring Chicken Recipe Method:

  1. Wash the chicken and add in 1 tbsp garlic paste, some salt, 1 tbsp white vinegar and ½ tsp sesame seed oil and keep it for an hour. Take a bowl and add in 3 egg whites, 2 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp flour, ½ tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp chicken cube flour and some salt. Beat it. Dip the chicken pieces in the mixture and deep fry it till they are golden brown. Serve it with soya sauce and chili sauce.

Chicken Liver Spice

Get an ultimate taste of chicken liver from this recipe. Peas and potato added in the dish for an extra flavor and colorful look. Serve Chicken Liver Spice with roti.

  • Chicken liver ½ kg
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Onion 1 (chopped, medium)
  • Cinnamon pieces 2
  • Potato 2 (cubed)
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Coriander 1 tbsp (ground)
  • Cumin 1 tsp (ground)
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Hot spice powder 1 tsp
  • Mace nutmeg ½ tsp (ground)
  • Water 1 cup
  • Tomato 3 (boiled and chopped)
  • Green chili 3 – 4 (chopped)
  • Peas ½ cup (boiled)
  • Fresh coriander 2 tbsp (chopped)

Cooking Directions

  1. First wash the liver and cut into small pieces.
  2. Now heat oil and put onions and cinnamon and cook until onions softens.
  3. Then add liver and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Now add potatoes, salt, ginger garlic paste, coriander, cumin, turmeric, red chili powder, hot spice powder, nutmeg, mace and 1 cup water.
  5. Cover and cook on low flame.
  6. After 5 to 6 minutes remove the lid and add tomatoes, green chili, peas and coriander leaves and do the flame high.
  7. Cook until oil separates.
  8. Delicious chicken liver spice is ready to serve.

Muthi Kabab Recipe Ingredients :

  • Gram Flour-3tbsp
  • Minced-250gm
  • Coriander-as required
  • Green Chili-2to3
  • Mint-as required
  • Onion-1
  • Tomato-1 (normal)

Muthi Kabab Recipe Method :

  • Take a bowl containing mince, onion, tomato, coriander, mint, green chili, cumin, salt, chaat masala, crushed red pepper, pomegranate seeds, egg, and gram flour and mix them all well.
  • Now with this mixture, make a round ball shape like a kabab.
  • Take a frying pan and heat up oil in it.
  • Deep fry the kababs till it turns dark brown in color.
  • As soon it is cooked serve it on a plate.
  • Your Muthi Kabab is now ready.

Chicken Balls Recipe Ingredients:

  • Chicken (Boneless)-500 gram (Blended)
  • Egg-1
  • Ginger-2
  • Garlic-4 to 5 cloves
  • Cornflour-2 tbsp
  • Baisan (pea flour)-2tbsp

Chicken Balls Recipe Method:

  • Take a bowl Put Chicken (Minced), egg, salt, black pepper, 1/2 ginger, garlic, cornflour, baisan and mix it well.
  • Now give them a shape of circle (balls) and fry it in a frying pan.
  • After that take another frying pan, Put oil, ginger, garlic n cook for a while.
  • Now add spring onion, tomato ketchup, lemon syrup, sugar, salt, black pepper, cook it. Mix Balls in it.
  • Your dish is ready now.

Chicken Bhuna Masala Recipe Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast-1/2 kg (cut in small pieces)
  • Garlic/Ginger Paste-2 tbsp
  • Onions Medium-2  sliced
  • Tomatoes-2 chopped
  • Red Chili Powder-1 tbsp
  • Crushed Cumin Seeds-1 tsp
  • Butter-2 tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
  • Fresh Cream-1 cup
  • Salt-to taste
  • Black Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder (all spices)- 1 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves-As required
  • Green Chilies-4 to 5
  • Ginger (julienne cut)-1 piece

Chicken Bhuna Masala Recipe Method

  • Heat oil add ginger garlic paste sauté it till light brown, then add 2 sliced onions and chopped tomatoes. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes till tomatoes looses it color and hardness.
  • Then add chicken pieces, 1 tbsp red chili powder and salt, mix it and stir fry it. Add ½ tsp crushed cumin seeds, slow the gas flame and add 2 tbsp butter mix it well cover with lid and cook till aroma of butter comes out.
  • Now put the gas flame to high, add turmeric powder and stir fry it again. Then switch Off the gas flame add fresh cream (if you don’t switch off the gas flame chances are the cream with curdle) mix it well then switch On the gas flame, add black pepper powder, garam masala powder and cook till done.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves, green chilies and ginger julienne.

Chicken Roast Recipe Ingredients :

  • After that chop finely all vegetables of spring onion leaves, onion, ginger piece, garlic clove put it over the chicken.
  • Now take a brush and brush the oil on the chicken and fold it with a silver foil paper.
  • Then put the chicken into pre-heated oven of 180 degree and then heat the chicken for 40 to 45 minutes.
  • Then finally your Roasted Chicken is now ready.

Chicken Saute Recipe Ingredients

  • Chicken-300 gram

Chicken Peppercorn Masala Recipe Ingredients

  • Chicken-375 gm
  • Yogurt-2 tbsp
  • Cream-1 tbsp
  • Salt-to taste
  • Crushed black pepper-1 tbsp

Chicken Peppercorn Masala Recipe Gravy Sauce:

  • Garlic chopped-3 cloves
  • Onions chopped-2 small
  • Tomatoes chopped-2
  • Oil-2 tbsp
  • Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
  • White pepper-1/4 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup-2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder-1/2 tsp

Chicken Peppercorn Masala Recipe Method

  • Marinade the chicken with yogurt,cream, salt,black pepper, red chili and lemon juice.
  • Mix it well and leave it for half an hour.
  • Now take a steamer and put 1 jug of water in it. When steam gets ready, put chicken pieces in steamer and steam it for 10-12 minutes.
  • Now for gravy heat the oil in pan and stir fry the garlic.
  • Add onions and cook it for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
  • When onion becomes soft then add tomatoes, coriander powder, salt, crushed red chili and tomato ketchup.
  • Mix it all well, then add crushed black pepper and white pepper, stir it continually.
  • Now add steamed chicken in this gravy, dish out when gravy is coated over chicken.
  • Don’t overcook it because chicken is already cooked and soft.

Chicken Szechwan Recipe Ingredients

  • Chicken boneless–200 gm (cut into thin strips)
  • Oil–as required
  • Garlic–4 cloves (chopped)
  • Whole dry red chilies–6 to 8 (cut into half)
  • Onion–1 (sliced)
  • Capsicum–1 (cut in julienne)
  • Carrot–1 (cut julienne)
  • Cabbage–¼ (cut in julienne)
  • Chilly garlic sauce–2 tsp or 2 tbsp

  • Worcestershire sauce–2 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder–as required

  • Green spring onion leaves–1

Chicken Szechwan Recipe Method :

  • Heat oil add chopped garlic sauté it light brown, add whole dry red chilies, chicken thin strips mix it well and cook.
  • Add little water cover it with lid and cook it
  • Then add sliced onions and veggie julienne like – capsicum, carrot, cabbage, mix it then add chilly garlic sauce, oyster sauce, and Worcestershire sauce, also add ¼ cup water and cook.
  • Add seasoning like – black pepper powder, white pepper powder, salt, then add tomato julienne mix and cook.
  • Dissolve 1 tbsp corn flour in water, add it to chicken mixture and cook. Chicken Szechwan is ready.
  • Garnish it with green chilies and spring onion leaves.

  • In the end put mozzarella cheese, olives, and put it into the preheated oven at the degree of 180 and heat it for 10 to 12 minutes.

  • The heat the oil into a fry pan.
  • After that put chicken in the oil and cook for a while.

  • When garlic turns brown in color add honey, Wooster sauce, lemon syrup and cook it.
