Pizza is one of my favourite food recipes. In the past people used eat Samosa, Pakora (Pakistani/indian food)  as a fast food and get delighted with these old recipes.
Now majority of new generation and some old ones too like fast food recipes. But these food items are expensive and everyone who like the fast food can't afford even weekly or even monthly.
Apart from high prices of fast food in the market we should also take care of our health. According to some surveys the fast food we like the most is full of germs and dirty stuff. People who are in this business only want to earn money at any cost.
     To eat hygienic food its better we prepare the food at home. That's why we i am providing a pizza recipe here.
Because everyone like pizza but can't afford easily and some people don't even have oven to cook pizza at home. 
The good news is that if you don't have oven even then you can prepare fast food like Pizza at home. so here is the recipe.

Pizza Without Oven Recipe Ingredients:

Ingredients To prepare Pizza Dough:
  • Flour    ½ kg
  • Baking Powder 1 tsp
  • Sugar   1 tsp
  • Yeast 1-1 ½  tbsp
  • Salt to taste
Ingredients To prepare chicken for Pizza:
  • Boneless Chicken 500 gram (1/2 kg)
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
 
Ingredients For topping of pizza:
  • Mozzarella Cheese (grated) 400 gm
  • Capsicum (sliced) 1
  • Butter   2 tbsp
  • Pizza Sauce ½ cup
  • Tomato (sliced) 2
  • Mushroom (sliced) ½ cup
  • Oregano  1 tsp
  • Green Olives (sliced) ½ cup

Pizza Without Oven Recipe Method:

  1. To prepare dough dissolve 1- 1 ½ tbsp yeast in Luke warm water and add in 1 tsp sugar; mix it well and keep it for 15 minutes. Take ½ kg flour and add in salt, 1 tsp baking powder and yeast.
  2. Knit it properly and keep it for 3-4 hours. Again fold the dough with your hand. Roll it; pizza dough is ready.
  3. To prepare chicken, in a mixing bowl take 1tsp crushed black pepper, 1tbsp garlic paste, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp red chili powder and salt.
  4. Mix it well and put the mixture on the chicken.
  5. Take 2-3 tbsp oil in the pan, add in chicken and fry it.
  6. Take the chicken out of the pan once its color starts changing. Grease the pan with 2 tbsp butter. Toast the pizza dough from the either side in the pan.
  7. Spread the sauce on the dough; put chicken mixture, 2 tomatoes, 1 capsicum, ½ cup mushrooms on the dough. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese from the top.
  8. In the end, sprinkle ½ cup green olives and 1 tsp oregano.
  9. Keep the pan on a very low flame.
  10. Heat the other pan and as soon as it heats up put it on the pizza pan and cover it. Repeat the procedure of covering the pizza with a hot pan till the cheese settles.
  11. Once the cheese is melted dish it out and serve.
