Butter Chicken Recipe Ingredients:

  • Chicken-300 gram
  • Butter-2tbsp
  • Ginger/Garlic-2tbsp
  • Tomato paste-1/2 cup
  • Fresh cream-1 cup
  • Red chili powder-1tbsp
  • Cumin powder-1tbsp
  • Garam masala-1/2tbsp
  • Salt-to taste
  • Oil-as required

Butter Chicken Recipe Method:

  • Take a pan put oil, ginger/garlic paste and cook it.
  • put chicken pieces in oil and saute it.
  • After that put tomato, red chili, cumin powder, garam masala, salt, butter and cook it.
  • Now put cream and cook for five minutes.
