Chicken Balls Recipe Ingredients:

  • Chicken (Boneless)-500 gram (Blended)
  • Egg-1
  • Ginger-2
  • Garlic-4 to 5 cloves
  • Cornflour-2 tbsp
  • Baisan (pea flour)-2tbsp
  • Ketchup-1/2 cup
  • Spring Onion-1 to 2
  • Lemon-1
  • Sugar-2tbsp
  • Salt-As required
  • Black Pepper-1/4 tsp
  • Oil- For frying


Chicken Balls Recipe Method:

  • Take a bowl Put Chicken (Minced), egg, salt, black pepper, 1/2 ginger, garlic, cornflour, baisan and mix it well.
  • Now give them a shape of circle (balls) and fry it in a frying pan.
  • After that take another frying pan, Put oil, ginger, garlic n cook for a while.
  • Now add spring onion, tomato ketchup, lemon syrup, sugar, salt, black pepper, cook it. Mix Balls in it.
  • Your dish is ready now.
