Crispy Fried Chicken Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 Chicken(with skin)
  • 4 Eggs
  • for frying Oil
  • as required Salt
  • For marination
  • 1cup Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 2 cups Gulzar special broast masala
  • as required Salt.
  • Ingredients for Gulzar special broast masala
  • All purpose flour  2cups
  • Rice flour  1/2cup
  • Corn flour 1/2cup
  • Chicken powder4tbsp
  • Garlic powder  2tbsp
  • White pepper powder 4tbsp
  • Chinese salt  2tbsp
  • Salt  2tbsp

Crispy Fried Chicken Recipe Method:

Method for Gulzar special broast masala
Sieve the all purpose flour,rice flour, and cornflour.  Blend together the all purpose flour, rice flour, cornflour,chicken powder,garlic powder,white pepper powder, Chinese salt and salt.
Method for Making Crispy Fried Chicken
In a mixing bowl mix together the vinegar, red chili powder and salt. Cut the chicken carefully and marinate it with the above mixture for half an hour.
In  a  separate bowl beat the eggs. Dip the chicken pieces into the beaten egg sprinkle broast masala and deep fry.
