Spring fried Chicken Ingredients

  • Chicken-1/2kg (small pieces)
  • Garlic/Ginger paste-2 tbsp
  • Salt-to taste
  • Black pepper-1/2 tsp
  • White pepper-1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder-1/2 tsp
  • Sesame seeds-2 tbsp
  • Egg-1
  • Crushed Red Chili-2 tbsp
  • Chaat masala-1 tsp optional
  • Flour-2 tbsp
  • Corn flour-2 tbsp
  • Oil-2 tbsp
  • Oil-for deep frying

Spring fried Chicken Preparation Method:

  • Apply all ingredients to chicken. Put it in fridge for 15 minutes
  • Heat the oil in wok and fry chicken on low flame till its color got changed to golden brown and become tender.
  • Serve hot with chili garlic sauce.
