Chinyoti Steam Chicken Recipe


Chinyoti Steam Chicken Recipe Ingredients:

  • Whole chicken1
  • Lemons                4
  • White vinegar½ cup
  • Crushed black pepper1 tbsp
  • Ginger powder2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce2 tbsp
  • Oil4 tbsp
  • Saltto taste

Chinyoti Steam Chicken Recipe Method:

  1. Put cuts on chicken. 
  2. Wash it and add in ½ cup white vinegar, 2 tbsp chopped ginger, salt, 4 lemon juice, 1 tbsp crushed black pepper and 2 tbsp soya sauce. 
  3. Keep it for half an hour. 
  4. Put the marinated chicken in the wok and brush 2 tbsp oil and 1 tsp roasted and crushed cumin. 
  5.  Simmer it chinioti steam chicken is ready.

Thai Chicken Kebab Recipe Ingredients:

  • Chicken pieces (boneless)½ kg
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Sesame oil 1  tbsp
  • Garlic (chopped)1 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tsp
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili ½ tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Thai Chicken Kebab Recipe Method:

  1. Take 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp soya sauce, ½ tbsp crushed red chili, salt, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp brown sugar, 2 tbsp coriander and 1 tbsp sesame oil in a mixing bowl. 
  2. Mix it and keep it in fridge for ½ an hour. 
  3. Now add some salt in ½ kg boneless chicken and grill them on a grill pan. 
  4. After 5 minutes; take some marinade on the brush and put it on the chicken pieces. 
  5. Keep on moving and brushing the chicken in the grill pan. 
  6. Thai kebabs are ready.

BBQ Fish With Lettuce Recipe Ingredients:

  • Fish Fillet 6
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Lemons                2
  • Fish sauce 1 tbsp

  • For Dip:
  • Coconut Milk ½ cup
  • Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Red chilies 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • For Salad:
  • Roasted peanuts½ cup
  • Bean sprouts 1 cup
  • Mint leaves½ bunch
  • Lemons                1
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped green onion 2



BBQ Fish With Lettuce Recipe Method:


  1. Add in 1 tbsp white vinegar in fish fillets without washing them. 
  2. Wash the fish after 5 minutes.
  3. Now add in 1 tbsp white vinegar, 1 lemon juice and some salt . 
  4. Grease the pan and fry fish in it till water dries add in 4 chopped garlic, 1 lemon juice and 1 tbsp fish sauce. 
  5. Cook it well till they are golden brown.  
  6. Add in ½ cup coconut milk, 1 tbsp soya sauce, 2 red chilies, 2 tbsp brown sugar and some salt in a sauce pan and cook it for some time. 
  7. Mix in some cornflour in water and add it in it. 
  8. Cook it till the mixture thickens. 
  9. Take some crushed peanuts in a bowl, along with some lemon juice, 1 cup bean sprouts, ½ bunch mint leaves and 2 chopped green onion. 
  10. Make a salad. 
  11. In the end, dish out the fish fillets, serve it with sauce and salad.

  • Chicken breast½ kg
  • Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves½ bunch

  • Thick yogurt125 gm
  • Desiccated coconut1 tbsp

Chicken Boti With Fresh Herbs Recipe Method:

  1. Cut ½ kg chicken into bite size pieces. Keep aside.
  2. Grind together ½ bunch of coriander leaves, 3 – 4 green chilies and ¼ bunch of mint leaves.
  3. Then add 1 tbsp desiccated coconut, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp white pepper, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 125 gm yogurt and 2 tbsp fresh cream. Mix well and marinate chicken pieces with the mixture.
  4. Thread 4 – 5 chicken pieces in each wooden skewer. Cook in a grill pan with a little oil till tender.
  5. When its color is golden, remove from pan, put in a serving platter, garnish with onion rings and mint leave.

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry 300 gm boiled and shredded chicken for 1 minute. Add 1 chopped onion and fry well. Now add 2 tbsp cream, 1 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp black pepper, ½ tsp salt and 2 tbsp tomato ketchup. Cook till water dries. Now turn the flame off and add 1 tbsp ginger juliennes. Roll puff pastry and cut by using cutter. Grease mold and put a piece of puff pastry on it. Spread chicken filling on it. Put other piece on top, brush beaten egg and press well. Lastly bake in a pre heated oven for 30 minutes. Chicken patties are ready to serve.

  4. Add ½ tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp garlic paste and salt to taste.
  5. Add in fried chicken wings, coat the sauce very well. Dish it out and serve.

Party Roll Recipe Method:

  1. Cut 300 gm beef undercut into slices, heat oil in a wok, add 1 tbsp garlic paste and sliced beef. Fry well till golden brown.
  2. Now add ½ cup sliced mushroom, salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp mustard paste, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp tomato paste, 2 tbsp vinegar and 2 tbsp Worchester sauce. Fry well on high flame.
  3. Cut 4 hotdog buns horizontally from the center into halves. Spread each slice with a little mayonnaise and toast on a hot griddle.
  4. Now put a little sliced ice berg on each slice of a hotdog bun. Top with cooked beef, now put sliced onion and sliced capsicum on top.
  5. Crush cheddar cheese slices and spread on top. Cover each slice of the bun with other half.
  6. Now bake in a preheated oven on 200 degrees for 3 – 4 minutes.
  7. Now serve with chili garlic sauce or ketchup.

Chicken Kaghani Cooking Recipe

Chicken Kaghani Recipe Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless½ kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Fresh cream½ cup
  • Boiled tomatoes 2
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg mace powder¼ tsp
  • Fennel seeds crushed½ tsp
  • Ginger (juliennes)1 medium piece
  • Oil¼ cup

Chicken Kaghani Recipe Method:

  1. Heat ¼ cup oil in a wok, add in ½ kg chicken and 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Fry very well.
  2. Then add 2 boiled chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, ¼ tsp nutmeg mace powder and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for 2 – 3 minutes.
  3. Add 250 gm yogurt and ½ cup fresh cream. Cover and cook on low flame for 8 – 10 minutes.
  4. Now remove lid and fry very well on high flame. Lastly add 1 tbsp crushed black pepper, ½ tsp crushed fennel seeds and ginger juliennes. Mix well and dish it out.

  2. Add 3 – 4 tbsp flour, ½ tsp black pepper powder and salt to taste. Mix well and make small round patties.
  3. Dip each patty into beaten egg. Shallow fry until golden brown and crisp from both sides.
  4. Cut burger buns into halves, spread a little mayonnaise on each side, toast the bun from one side.
  5. Put a fish patty on one piece of the bun, top with ice berg leaf, spread 1 tbsp mayonnaise and cover with the other half of bun.
  6. Serve with ketchup and chili garlic sauce.

  1. Marinate 1 kg mutton with a little salt, 2 tbsp raw papaya paste and 4 tbsp vinegar. Keep aside for 20 – 25 minutes.
  2. In a bowl mix together 250 gm thick yogurt, 1 tsp all spice powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp chaat masala powder, 1 tsp dry mango powder, 1 tsp crushed cumin seeds, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, 1 tsp chili powder, ½ bunch of chopped coriander leaves, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and salt to taste. Mix very well.
  3. Now coat fried mutton pieces with the yogurt mixture, put in steamer and cook for 20 – 25 minutes.
  4. Remove in a serving platter and serve hot.

  1. In chopper put together 250 gm chicken mince, 1 onion, salt to taste and ¼ bunch of parsley. Also add ½ tsp black pepper and chopperize finely until smooth. Remove mixture in a bowl.
  2. Cut chicken into lollypop shape. Marinate with 1 egg, 1 tbsp crushed red pepper, 2 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp corn flour, 2 tbsp Worchester sauce and salt to taste. Keep aside.
  3. Stuff chicken wings with chicken mince mixture. Put in oven proof tray.
  4. Lastly bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes.
  5. Now remove from oven and serve with ketchup or any other sauce.

  2. Add in 1 egg, bread crumbs, sesame seeds, black pepper, salt to taste and cinnamon powder.
  3. Mix very well, make small patties with the mixture, now shallow fry in a frying pan with a little oil until golden brown and crisp.
  4. Cut each burger bun into two halves, spread one side of the bun with a little mayonnaise. Now slightly toast in a frying pan.
  5. Now put one piece on the board, put a burger patty on top of bun, put ice berg leaves on top. Now pour a little mayonnaise and put cheese slice on top.
  6. Lastly cover with the other half of bun. Serve with ketchup or chili garlic sauce.

  4. Now remove from pan, put one or town chops in a piece of aluminum foil.
  5. Wrap the chops from all sides and bake in a preheated oven on 200 degrees for 25 – 30 minutes.
  6. Serve chops with blanched vegetable or mashed potatoes.

  1. Make the mixture of salt, red chili powder, garam masala powder, green chili, coriander,  ginger garlic paste and chopped beef and roll into seekh kabab shape. Than fry these rolls in cooking oil till they get light brown.
  2. Well brown the onion in cooking oil than add tomato and ginger garlic paste in it. Add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder and continue frying. Than put kababs in it and cook on light flame for five minutes. Than steam with coal. Serve after adding garam masala powder , coriander, green chili and ginger.

Cheese Prawn Pizza Recipe Method:

  1. Ina  bowl mix together ½ kg all purpose flour,1 tbsp yeast,1 tbsp sugar, ½ tsp salt,4 tbsp salt, ½ cup dry milk powder and water as required
  2. Knead till a smooth dough is formed, cover and leave aside till the dough rises
  3. With the help of a rolling pin roll out the dough to form the pizza base.
  4. Spread 1 cup of pizza sauce on top along with 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
  5. Then mix the 300 gm prawns with 1 tbsp green chili paste , 1 tsp roasted cumin , 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp butter, 1tsp crushed black pepper, ½ tsp all spice powder and ¼ tsp salt .
  6. Place the marinated prawns with the marinade in a pan , cover and cook on a  low flame for 10 minutes.
  7. Now put the prawns on the pizza base, along with 1 chopped capsicum,1 chopped onion,1 chopped tomato, and 4 olives. Finally top with1  cup cheddar cheese.

3) In the remaining oil, add ginger garlic paste and fry the chicken with salt.
4) Cook the chicken until colour becomes light brown.
5) Then add cumin, black pepper and garam masala powder.
6) Then add the green paste and let it cook.
7) Once the oil seperates from the chicken, add cream in it amd put it on dum for 2 minutes.
8) Put the heated coal in the chicken and cover it with lid.
