BBQ Fish With Lettuce Recipe Ingredients:
- Fish Fillet 6
- Garlic 4 cloves
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Lemons 2
- Fish sauce 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- For Dip:
- Coconut Milk ½ cup
- Brown sugar 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Red chilies 2
- Salt to taste
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- For Salad:
- Roasted peanuts½ cup
- Bean sprouts 1 cup
- Mint leaves½ bunch
- Lemons 1
- Salt to taste
- Chopped green onion 2
BBQ Fish With Lettuce Recipe Method:
- Add in 1 tbsp white vinegar in fish fillets without washing them.
- Wash the fish after 5 minutes.
- Now add in 1 tbsp white vinegar, 1 lemon juice and some salt .
- Grease the pan and fry fish in it till water dries add in 4 chopped garlic, 1 lemon juice and 1 tbsp fish sauce.
- Cook it well till they are golden brown.
- Add in ½ cup coconut milk, 1 tbsp soya sauce, 2 red chilies, 2 tbsp brown sugar and some salt in a sauce pan and cook it for some time.
- Mix in some cornflour in water and add it in it.
- Cook it till the mixture thickens.
- Take some crushed peanuts in a bowl, along with some lemon juice, 1 cup bean sprouts, ½ bunch mint leaves and 2 chopped green onion.
- Make a salad.
- In the end, dish out the fish fillets, serve it with sauce and salad.
