Chicken Boti With Fresh Herbs Recipe Ingredients:
- Chicken breast½ kg
- Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves½ bunch
- Green chilies chopped3 – 4
- Fresh red chilies2 – 3
- White pepper powder½ tsp
- Black pepper powder½ tsp
- Thick yogurt125 gm
- Desiccated coconut1 tbsp
- Lemon juice2 tbsp
- Oil2 – 3 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Wooden skewersas required
- Fresh cream2 tbsp
- Mint leaves¼ bunch
Chicken Boti With Fresh Herbs Recipe Method:
- Cut ½ kg chicken into bite size pieces. Keep aside.
- Grind together ½ bunch of coriander leaves, 3 – 4 green chilies and ¼ bunch of mint leaves.
- Then add 1 tbsp desiccated coconut, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp white pepper, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 125 gm yogurt and 2 tbsp fresh cream. Mix well and marinate chicken pieces with the mixture.
- Thread 4 – 5 chicken pieces in each wooden skewer. Cook in a grill pan with a little oil till tender.
- When its color is golden, remove from pan, put in a serving platter, garnish with onion rings and mint leave.
