Mughali Qeema Masala Recipe Ingredients:

  • Oil ½ cup
  • Onion finely chopped 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4 finely chopped
  • Whole mixed spices 1 tbsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Roasted and crushed cumin 1 ½ tsp
  • Roasted and crushed coriander 2 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Almonds grounded 2 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tsp grounded
  • Tomato puree ½ cup
  • Mince ½ kg
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Chopped fresh mint 3 tbsp

Mughali Qeema Masala Recipe Method:

  1. Heat oil fry onion until light golden, add ginger garlic paste, whole mixed spices, chili powder, salt, cumin, coriander, turmeric, allspice, tomato puree, fry well add mince meat with yogurt and bhunno well, lastly add grinded almonds and poppy seeds paste, cover and leave it on dum, add mint and green chilies, serve hot with nan or rice.
