Peshawari Fry Murgh Recipe Ingredients:

  • Whole Chicken 1
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tara garam masala 1 tbsp
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black peppercorns ½ tsp
  • Tara chat masala 2 tsp
  • Vinegar ¼ cup
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Oil for deep fry
  • For garnishing            
  • Onion rings 1
  • Tomatoes 1
  • Lemon 2
  • Cucumber 1
  • Tara chat masalaas required

Peshawari Fry Murgh Recipe Method:

  1. Make small slits in 1 whole chicken.
  2. Mix 1 tbsp garlic paste ,1 tbsp ginger ,1 tbsp of tara garam masala ,2 tsp tara garam masala,2 tsp salt,1 tbsp red chili powder ,1/4 tsp turmeric powder ,1 tbsp crushed red chili ,1/2 tsp crushed black pepper ,2 tsp of tara chat masala ,1/4 cup vinegar and ½ cup curd in a bowl and cover the chicken in this mixture.
  3. Cook chicken in a pan over low flame.
  4. When chicken tenders and water get dries then deep fry the chicken in a pan.
  5. Dish out when chicken turns light brown.
  6. Sprinkle tara chat masala and Garnish with tomato, cucumber, and lemon wedges
