This mouth-watering "Latest" recipe for Cheese Prawn Pizza can be prepared in 30 minutes and serves 2-4 people.

















Cheese Prawn Pizza Recipe Ingredients:

  • Flour½ kg
  • Dry milk powder½ cup
  • Yeast 1 tbsp
  • Sugar1 tbsp
  • Salt½ tsp
  • Oil4 tbsp
  • Wateras required

  • Mozzarella cheese1 cup
  • Cheddar cheese1 cup
  • Pizza sauce1 cup
  • Capsicum1
  • Onion1
  • Tomato1
  • Housen green Olives4
  • Oregano1 tsp
  • Ingredients for Marination
  • Prawns300 gm
  • Cumin seeds roasted1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper1 tsp
  • Butter1 tbsp
  • Green chili paste1 tbsp
  • Salt¼ tsp
  • All spice powder½ tsp

Cheese Prawn Pizza Recipe Method:

  1. Ina  bowl mix together ½ kg all purpose flour,1 tbsp yeast,1 tbsp sugar, ½ tsp salt,4 tbsp salt, ½ cup dry milk powder and water as required
  2. Knead till a smooth dough is formed, cover and leave aside till the dough rises
  3. With the help of a rolling pin roll out the dough to form the pizza base.
  4. Spread 1 cup of pizza sauce on top along with 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
  5. Then mix the 300 gm prawns with 1 tbsp green chili paste , 1 tsp roasted cumin , 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp butter, 1tsp crushed black pepper, ½ tsp all spice powder and ¼ tsp salt .
  6. Place the marinated prawns with the marinade in a pan , cover and cook on a  low flame for 10 minutes.
  7. Now put the prawns on the pizza base, along with 1 chopped capsicum,1 chopped onion,1 chopped tomato, and 4 olives. Finally top with1  cup cheddar cheese.
  8. Now sprinkle 1 tsp oregano and place the pizza in a preheated oven at 180C.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes
