Qeema Ghotala Recipe Ingredients:

  • Mince meat½ kg
  • Eggs 3
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp heaped
  • Chopped red pepper 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Curd 4 tbsp
  • Chopped tomatoes 3
  • Oil½ cup
  • Coriander leaves½  bunch
  • Green chilies 4
  • Chopped Onion 2

Qeema Ghotala Recipe Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan; fry 2 chopped onions until light golden.
  2. Then add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and allow frying
  3. Now add ½ kg minced meat, 1tsp salt, 1tsp red pepper, 1tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder,3 tomatoes and 4 tbsp curd .
  4. Add 1 cup of water, allow to cook and cover the pan with the lid
  5. Last add 3 eggs, 1 tsp all spice, and green masala, leave it on simmer.
