Qeema Ghotala Recipe Ingredients:
- Mince meat½ kg
- Eggs 3
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp heaped
- Chopped red pepper 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Chopped coriander 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Curd 4 tbsp
- Chopped tomatoes 3
- Oil½ cup
- Coriander leaves½ bunch
- Green chilies 4
- Chopped Onion 2
Qeema Ghotala Recipe Method:
- Heat oil in pan; fry 2 chopped onions until light golden.
- Then add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and allow frying
- Now add ½ kg minced meat, 1tsp salt, 1tsp red pepper, 1tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder,3 tomatoes and 4 tbsp curd .
- Add 1 cup of water, allow to cook and cover the pan with the lid
- Last add 3 eggs, 1 tsp all spice, and green masala, leave it on simmer.
