This mouth-watering recipe for Party Roll can be prepared in 30 minutes and serves 2-4 people.

Party Roll Recipe Ingredients:

  • Beef undercut 300 gm
  • Mushroom½ cup
  • Capsicum 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder½ tsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Cheddar cheese 8 slices
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Worchester sauce 2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Hotdog bun 4
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise½ cup
  • Iceberg lettuce half
  • Oil 3 tbsp

Party Roll Recipe Method:

  1. Cut 300 gm beef undercut into slices, heat oil in a wok, add 1 tbsp garlic paste and sliced beef. Fry well till golden brown.
  2. Now add ½ cup sliced mushroom, salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp mustard paste, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp tomato paste, 2 tbsp vinegar and 2 tbsp Worchester sauce. Fry well on high flame.
  3. Cut 4 hotdog buns horizontally from the center into halves. Spread each slice with a little mayonnaise and toast on a hot griddle.
  4. Now put a little sliced ice berg on each slice of a hotdog bun. Top with cooked beef, now put sliced onion and sliced capsicum on top.
  5. Crush cheddar cheese slices and spread on top. Cover each slice of the bun with other half.
  6. Now bake in a preheated oven on 200 degrees for 3 – 4 minutes.
  7. Now serve with chili garlic sauce or ketchup.
