Chili Beef Pizza Recipe Ingredients:

  • pizza dough
  • Flour 2 cups
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Instant yeast 1 ½ tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Dry milk powder 1 tbsp
  • Luke warm water to knead
  • filling
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Onion finely chopped 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic ½ tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Mince 250 gm
  • Cumin roasted and crushed ½ tsp
  • Kidney bean ½ cup
  • Oregano leaves 1 tsp
  • Capsicum 1 cubed
  • Onion 1 cubed
  • Cheddar cheese grated 1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese grated 1 cup
  • Mushrooms 6 sliced
  • Black olives sliced 2 tbsp

Chili Beef Pizza Recipe Recipe Method

  1. Put altogether in a bowl, knead to a soft dough, bang the dough well, leave to rise for 30 minutes covered, open punch down the dough, spread in a greased pizza plate, spread with pizza sauce, 2 tbsp cheddar cheese grated, filling, cover and leave to rise again for 30 minutes, bake on 200 degree C for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil add chopped onion with ginger garlic paste and mince, fry for 5 minutes, add seasonings with half cup water, cover and cook till mince tender, add kidney beans Use on pizza base.
