Turkish Kababs Recipe Ingredients:

  • Oregano1tsp
  • Black pepper 1tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Tara garam masala 1tsp
  • Red chili powder ½ tsp
  • Ingredients
  • Chicken mince 500 grams
  • Medium sized onion 2
  • Garlic 2tsp
  • Ghee /oil ½ cup
  • Lemon juice 2tbsp
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Parsley ¼ cup

Turkish Kababs Recipe Method:

  1. Mix a 500 grams of minced chicken, 2 medium sized onion and 2 tsp garlic in food processor.
  2. Then add 1 tsp salt, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 cup oil, 1/4 cup parsley, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp turmeric and ½ tsp red chili powder.
  3. Make the shape of kababs with help of pencil and allow frying
  4. Delicious Turkish kababs are ready to serve
