Mutton Pepper Roast Recipe Ingredients:

  • Mutton                ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemons                4
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • White vinegar ½ cup
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Oil as required




Mutton Pepper Roast Recipe Method:

  1. Make pasanday of ½ kg mutton and hammer it. Add in 1 cup yogurt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, ½ cup white vinegar and 2 lemons. Add in the pasanday in the frying pan and dry its water. Then add the dried pasanday in the pan  and add in 3 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp crushed black pepper and 4 chopped green chilies. cook it. In the end serve in with lemons and French fries
