Arbi Mince Parcel Recipe Ingredients :

  • Beef Mince 250 gm
  • Chopped onion 2 tbsp
  • Salt chili powder, turmeric ½ tsp each
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Water 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Spring onion chopped ½ cup
  • Tomato 1 cut in tiny cubes
  • Green chilies chopped 3
  • Allspice ½ tsp
  • Egg beaten 2
  • Roll strips 1 dozen

Arbi Mince Parcel Recipe Method:

  1. Boil mince with chopped onion, salt, chili powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste and 1 cup water till mince tender and dry, fry well and remove, cool add to it chopped coriander, green chilies, tomato, spring onion and allspice, fill in the square roll patti, seal well, dip in beaten egg an shallow fry.
