Chinyoti Steam Chicken Recipe Ingredients:
- Whole chicken1
- Lemons 4
- White vinegar½ cup
- Crushed black pepper1 tbsp
- Ginger powder2 tbsp
- Soya sauce2 tbsp
- Oil4 tbsp
- Saltto taste
Chinyoti Steam Chicken Recipe Method:
- Put cuts on chicken.
- Wash it and add in ½ cup white vinegar, 2 tbsp chopped ginger, salt, 4 lemon juice, 1 tbsp crushed black pepper and 2 tbsp soya sauce.
- Keep it for half an hour.
- Put the marinated chicken in the wok and brush 2 tbsp oil and 1 tsp roasted and crushed cumin.
- Simmer it chinioti steam chicken is ready.
