Spring Chicken Recipe Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Egg whites3
  • Garlic paste1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce1 tbsp
  • Chicken cube flour1 tbsp
  • White vinegar1tbsp
  • Sesame seed oil               ½ tsp
  • Flour2 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper½ tbsp
  • Corn flour2 tbsp
  • Oilas required
  • Saltto taste

Spring Chicken Recipe Method:

  1. Wash the chicken and add in 1 tbsp garlic paste, some salt, 1 tbsp white vinegar and ½ tsp sesame seed oil and keep it for an hour. Take a bowl and add in 3 egg whites, 2 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp flour, ½ tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp chicken cube flour and some salt. Beat it. Dip the chicken pieces in the mixture and deep fry it till they are golden brown. Serve it with soya sauce and chili sauce.
