Mini Spring RollsRecipe Ingredients :

  • Cabbage 2 cups thinly sliced
  • Carrot 1 thinly sliced
  • Spring onions 2 chopped with leaves
  • Onion 1 sliced
  • Capsicum 1 sliced
  • Ginger 1 inch piece sliced
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • Green chilies 4 chopped
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp heaped
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1 beaten with 1 tbsp flour
  • Triangular roll patti 2 dozen

Mini Spring Rolls Recipe Method:

  1. Cut all the vegetables in fine strips, heat ¼ cup oil add onion, fry till soft, add garlic paste, carrot, capsicum, fry for 2 to 3 minutes add cabbage, green onion, ginger sliced, green chilies, fry on high flame, lastly add salt, pepper, ketchup, coriander leaves, mix well and remove in a strainer, now put filling on a triangular patti, roll tightly, seal with egg and flour paste, deep fry. Serve hot.
