Jalebi Recipe Ingredients :
- Flour750 gm
- Soda bi carbonate3 gm
- Cream of tartar 2 gm
- Rung kaat1 pinch
- Yellow coloras required
- Clarified butter1 ½ kg
- For Sugar Syrup:
- Water½ kg
- Sugar1 ½ kg
- Khewra few drops
Jalebi Recipe Method:
- Mix water with ½ kg flour and keep it for 2 days. Now in the remaining flour add in soda bi carbonate, 2 gm cream of tartar and a pinch of Rung kaat. Beat it nicely. Add some water if required.
- Put all the mixture in the cloth and fry it in the pan. To make the sugar syrup, take 1 ½ kg sugar and ½ kg water in the pan and add few drops of khewra essence. In the end, add the fried jalebis in the sugar syrup and serve hot.
