Jalebi Recipe Ingredients :

  • Flour750 gm
  • Soda bi carbonate3 gm
  • Cream of tartar 2 gm
  • Rung kaat1 pinch
  • Yellow coloras required
  • Clarified butter1 ½ kg
  • For Sugar Syrup:
  • Water½ kg
  • Sugar1 ½ kg
  • Khewra   few drops

Jalebi Recipe Method:

  1. Mix water with ½ kg flour and keep it for 2 days. Now in the remaining flour add in soda bi carbonate, 2 gm cream of tartar and a pinch of Rung kaat. Beat it nicely. Add some water if required.
  2. Put all the mixture in the cloth and fry it in the pan. To make the sugar syrup, take 1 ½ kg sugar and ½ kg water in the pan and add few drops of khewra essence. In the end, add the fried jalebis in the sugar syrup and serve hot.
